Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of iSoft software, subscriptions and services. By subscribing to or using any iSoft product, you agree to them.
Last updated: 11 August 20261. Who we are
iSoft (also trading as iSoft International) is a software company registered in Feni, Bangladesh. We build and operate cloud-based ERP and management software, including Sorol Hisab, iHospi, Trainzy, Homeo Cloud, Sohoj Hisab and Pump Manager. In these terms, "we", "us" and "iSoft" mean this company, and "you" means the business or person subscribing to our software.
2. What you are buying
Our products are software subscriptions, not physical goods. Nothing we sell is shipped to you. Every product runs entirely from our cloud servers and is accessed over the internet using the credentials we issue.
Your subscription has two separate charges:
| Charge | When | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Setup fee | Once, at the start | Software setup, configuration for your organisation, and training for your staff |
| Monthly bill | Every month | Cloud server, daily backup and security, 24/7 support, and regular updates and new features |
The monthly amount depends on how many users you have and which modules you take. Your exact figures are confirmed in writing before your subscription starts.
3. What we do not sell
To avoid any misunderstanding, these are outside the scope of every iSoft subscription:
- Hardware. We do not sell computers, printers, barcode scanners, POS printers or cash drawers. Standard devices available in the market work with our software, and we are happy to advise on what suits you, but you buy them yourself.
- Manual data entry. We can import your existing data from a digital file — an Excel sheet, or an export from software you used before. We do not type in data from handwritten registers or paper ledgers; your own staff enter those opening figures.
- Internet connectivity. Our software is cloud-based, so a working internet connection at your premises is your responsibility.
4. Your account and your data
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your business data remains yours. We store and process it only to provide the service, we take a daily backup, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software to anyone else;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code;
- share one subscription across separate businesses that are not covered by it;
- use the software for anything unlawful, or to store unlawful content;
- attempt to gain access to another customer's data or to our infrastructure.
6. Payment and non-payment
Bills are raised monthly and are payable by the due date shown on your invoice. Payments may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or through the online payment options available inside your product.
If a bill remains unpaid we will contact you first. If the account stays overdue, access may be suspended until payment is received. Suspension is not termination — your data is retained and access is restored as soon as the account is settled.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by giving us notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. The setup fee is not refundable, as the work it pays for has already been carried out. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate a subscription if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. Where we do so, we will tell you why and give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
8. Service availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and operate a 24/7 support team. We cannot, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability: planned maintenance, and factors outside our control such as internet outages, power failures or data-centre incidents, may cause temporary interruption. We give advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.
9. Delivery and installation
Because the software is delivered digitally, "delivery" means account activation and access. Timescales are set out in our Delivery Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
Our software is a tool for recording and reporting your business information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what is entered, and for your own statutory, tax and regulatory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of business opportunity.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The revised version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Where a change materially affects you, we will notify you through the software or by the contact details on your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13. Contact
If any part of these terms is unclear, please contact us before subscribing — we would much rather explain it in advance.
